Anthony Foster

Anthony is a skilled, dedicated, and hardworking trial attorney who fights for his clients to ensure they are fully and fairly compensated for their injuries and losses. Anthony honed his skills in the courtroom over the years as he has taken several cases to trial as lead counsel. He is trilingual, and he regularly helps Spanish-speaking and Mandarin Chinese-speaking clients. Anthony relentlessly pursues corporations, individuals, and their insurance companies to hold them responsible for their negligent and reckless actions that cause catastrophic harm to the people of our community. “I’ve always believed that if you put in the work, the results will come.” – Michael Jordan. Anthony embodies this same belief. Anthony expects excellent results for his clients, and his hard work is the biggest driver of achieving those results.

Anthony was born and raised in Houston. He graduated high school from St. John’s School and attended Rice University, competing as an outside hitter on the Rice Men’s Club Volleyball Team. Anthony attended the University of Houston Law Center and served as a student attorney in the UHLC Immigration Clinic helping indigent, Spanish-speaking clients seeking asylum or who were victims of certain crimes of abuse on their immigration cases. During the summers and during his second and third years of law school, he worked as a law clerk on personal injury cases at a respected plaintiff’s personal injury law firm in Houston. Starting in law school and without deviation, Anthony has helped individuals who were seriously harmed or had their lives endangered by wrongdoers, and Anthony continues to do so to this day.

After graduating law school and upon being admitted to the State Bar of Texas, Anthony worked as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney at that same respected litigation firm in Houston. There he continued to represent individuals who were seriously injured or killed by the negligence of others and developed strong trial skills.

Outside of the law and courtroom, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and young daughter.
