Greg has served as lead or handling attorney in more than 5,400 cases—over 275 single-event and 5,200 mass tort matters—winning and negotiating upwards of $300 million for his clients in settlements and verdicts. He has deftly handled high-stakes cases involving:

• Personal injury (trucking, car, and motorcycle collisions; premises liability; wrongful death)
• Mass torts and class actions (including federal MDLs)
• Medical malpractice

• Serving as lead first-chair trial counsel in Jaime Jimenez v. Power Road Inc., securing a $15.86 million verdict for a trucking collision victim in El Paso, Texas
• Oral arguments before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals
• Notable work on high-profile multidistrict litigation (MDL), including 3M Combat-Arms Earplugs, transvaginal mesh, metal-on-metal hip implants, hernia mesh, national prescription opiate, talcum powder, and Addicks/Barker flood-control reservoir claims
