Sean Jez is a seasoned personal injury trial attorney in critical legal matters. With legal experience spanning nearly 30 years, Sean has represented over 14,000 individuals harmed by the negligent or wrongful conduct of corporations and individuals. His practice has spanned a wide range of complex litigation, including aviation accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, mass torts, and class action lawsuits where he has recovered over $550 million for his clients.

Sean earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. Over the past two decades, he has led high-profile litigation efforts involving major pharmaceutical and corporate defendants.

Recognized for his courtroom tenacity, Sean has tried cases in both state and federal courts across Texas, Pennsylvania, Missouri, and Florida. His appellate advocacy includes arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and 6th Circuits, the Missouri and Illinois Supreme Courts, and various state appellate courts in Texas and Louisiana. He is licensed to practice in Texas and Pennsylvania, and admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, and Tenth Circuits. Sean also appears before several U.S. District Courts across Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, and New Mexico, and has participated in litigation proceedings in more than 30 states nationwide.
